I am 61, been through the Mena-stuff. I have a syndrome called ICS or PBS. Painful Bladder Syndrome, Part of the treatment was to put me back on hormones. I am much better and have only had 1 flare up since last Nov. I do have the Mena-pausal body......you know where the stomach is rounder than you remembered. I am a happy little old lady quilter.

Thank you for this post. The quote says it for me. WHY, can I not get started. I buy books, material, etc. Love this Message Board. It is as if I am afraid to start. WHY!! WHY!! I really do want to make quilts - at least piece the tops.

I cannot blame it on menopause since I am 77...HA .. Maybe ADD would be a better diagnosis. I love all the replies. Some really were my laugh for the day. It is great to know I am not alone on this liner cruise and will just have to try to get on with it whatever IT is.

Its all your fault.
This boat is full of wonderful adventures in quilting that I must try right now this minute. All other projects are forgotten.
Just this morning a pattern was posted and off I went to Amazon. Cant wait to get the book.
Last week started a Slyvias Bridal quilt. Five blocks done and already side tracked by another post.
Im like the dog in UP, squirrel.
