    I love all the variations to this recipe. I will have to make again using some of them, cashews sound really good.

    I make broccoli salad often, but use dried cranberries instead of raisins, and sunflower seeds instead of nuts. No onion, but a bit of onion powder. Will have to try some of these variations. They all sound delicious.

    Forgot about my broccoli salad. Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to try water chestnuts in it instead of the nuts. This is the same recipe I have. I like to use balsamic vinegar in it.

    My MIL makes this for the holidays but she uses poppy seed dressing SIL egg allergy I love this salad I get the left overs yeah

    I make the same salad, however for the nuts I use dry roasted peanuts. Everyone loves it. Now I have to make it for every pic-nic.

    I use golden raisins and sunflower seeds when I make this salad. I'm lucky if there's any left after the bowl is passed. Yummy!!

    I've made this for years but like someone else I add grated marble cheese but i think I will try the curry next time !
