Yep, as I said, its from another set of blocks. In fact, its already in this quilt top, which is getting sandwiched tomorrow. I changed the corners to darker green before I set this top together.
I'll be making the two blocks for this bee using batiks.

I printed mine out and hopefully will get them sewn this weekend. I'm sewing together a quilt a long that was on the internet and the final step was just posted.

Thanks for the blocks! These are fabulous! I haven't started looking for a layout yet! Might have to do that...sounds like fun!

They are printed out but I have been doing the labor day mystery today...still not caught up but I did get a quilt quilted and the binding sewn on. At least I accomplished something besides mowing the yard

Here is another quilt that features Goshen Star. I just put the binding on it. I had a panel with six Kaleidoscope blocks. I pieced/added 3 blue and 3 red GS blocks for this quilt. I'm trying to tame my stack of UFO's. Have a few other quilts to finish before I make my September blocks. Happy Labor Day Weekend everybody.

Oooh! So pretty Jan. that star has a very regal air about it, especially done with the black background!
