I'm not sure I should with so many people that have loved ones away in war.It has a good ending but It might be upsetting for them.
I think that cute is better for now. Which you can do so well.

Like several others on here, before joining I had never heard of a "mug rug'. But I LOVE your little poem & would make a cute addition to add to a set when gifting them. I'm thinking maybe a cute little card w/the ditty written/typed on it, attached to a ribbon holding the set together.

Unfortunately the size pieces to make the block would need to be so small, not sure my ole shaky hands could manage them :cry:
