I'm single and I live alone, that's how I find the time.

I come home from work, put on some PJs or sweats, make coffee or maybe a cocktail (depends on how I feel at the moment), check email, chat with my kids online or on phone, and usually end up doing something either on the computer or in the sewing room while listening to TV.

I rarely cook just for myself, there's no one to pick up after so there's not a lot of housekeeping to do. I have small yards so once every couple of weeks I mow the lawn and take care of flowers. I belong to a ladies group and go out to dinner, brunch, lunch, movies, or a club, etc. occasionally. A man friend that I see occasionally too.

What else am I supposed to do but indulge myself and do what I enjoy doing? 8)

I found it at this link when I was searching for ideas for jelly roll strips. I debated between this setting and the two above it. I hadn't seen a star setting before and it caught my eye too.

Beautiful. I love how the star appears in the middle. Are all your blocks the same? I was trying to see and it looks as if they are. I think I saw a log cabin in a book with a star in the middle but some of the blocks were put together with different fabric. I like yours better.
