It is also called 'black friday' because the employees feel they should be wearing black, in mourning for the usually happy places they work, turning into HUGE fights and among grabby, rude people! I went to a large, low price store on 'Black Friday, and just wanted to buy chapstick for my horribly chapped lips, and the cashier snarled at me "Is that all you're going to buy?" Happy Holidays!

I did once go to a Black Friday sale, And lined up at 4 am for a 6 am opening time, among hundreds of others, to get a really great price on a DVD player. Imagine my disgust upon learning that the 'one day only price' was the same all the way through to Christmas! Never again!

I have never gone shopping on Black Friday, I value my life too much. for safety sake the stores should spread the shopping days out, so people do not get killed, like a few years ago at WalMart.

My grandson was at Best Buy at 7:30 PM and stayed until the store opened the next morning. All to get a laptop at an unbelievable price. Not me! I like my nice warm bed!
