    okay, I am in a quandry. this block is just not looking exactly right to me. I just can't figure it out. can anyone else help get me to the right "look". I am thinking of changing the blueish outer fabric to the "bright" green strip at the bottom. I think that is what the problem is here. what do you guys think?

    Call me silly, I like it the way it is! But, I haven't made too many blocks. :? The colors are beautiful!

    here is a semi completed block.

    this is generally what the block would look like when finished. ignore the white center. I haven't put the fabric there yet. not sure what i am going to be putting there.

    I like the way it looks myself, but if you were going to change it, I would go with the bright green.

    Agree with the bright green. The current background tends to blend with the purples.

    It is very beautiful. My eyes want to switch the light purple with the dark purple. It appears to be an amazing pattern. All your work is beautiful.
