Default Keepsake Quilting

I just have to say what terrific customer service I received from Keepsake Quilting. I joined a BOM and miss cut two fabrics. They replaced these at no cost which I thought was outstanding. I didn't even need to send them postage. You just don't receive that kind of service every day. I was fully expecting to pay for my mistakes. Great company!

that's great information to know. Glad that they were so prompt and kind AFTER the purchase too.

That is good to know. I just joined BOM at the local quilt shop (we are new here) and miscut the first block. They gave me the replacement fabric. Good customer service will keep me coming back, and will consider Keepsake Quilting too.

I was doing a BOM from my LQS and when I misplaced the cutting directions for one month they charged me $1 to make a copy.
Will definitely give KQ a try.

Stitchin' Heaven in Texas did that for me once too. Keepsake Quilting, Stitchin' Heaven and Connecting Threads all have exceptional-above and beyond-customer service and are my very favorites. Any issues are quickly resolved and fortunately there are rarely issues!
