then i'll start a thread in the pic section of the fourm and we'll post pics of that weeks blocks there and we can all admire them.

then i'll set up a flicker account for the cyber party and people can make their album in that section and up load all their pics so we have one master file of the project that stays neat and condensed.

I don't think you got very many replies to this - I think what you have described sounds like a really good way to do it. The tutes need to be easy to find for anyone that falls behind or is catching up during the week off, so having the posted by week should work really well.

I'm not a big fan of flicker, but I'll contribute to the flicker cyber party to be a "team player" :)

Jan
do you prefer another photo site - i'm not married to "flicker" - we can use another site if you prefer one.

thats so great, she put one in the mail for me too but i haven't gotten it yet. its so great to have another source for it.

i've always been afraid that lady will stop selling the paper and she's very secretive at quilt guild about where she gets it because she wants all of us to buy it thru her.

she always has a table at our quilt show and every now and then she enters a quilt into the show.

flicker is an online site that allows people to create online photo albums.

so we would set up an account for the Dear Jane Cyber Block Party that we would all have access to. then we could each create an album that holds each persons blocks in a folder for them.

its an easy way to see the entire project as a whole, you would be able to click on the kluedesigns, okie, bluechicken folder and see all the pics of their blocks in one neat folder.

i think when it starts it will be easier to understand because you'll have a visual thing to look at.

this is so great.

i was kinda bummed putting up PDF files for each block i redraft into paper piecing now i can just upload the entire file folder.

saves everyone tons of time and you guys will be able to keep the new blocks in your software as another center block variation.
