I'm 65 years old and my mother had one just like this. She bought it second hand and used it her entire life. My daughter has it now. As long as you keep it from rusting and replace the leather belt, it will sew until the next millenium. Nothing seems to wear out or break. All my clothes were made on this machine until I grew up and moved away. You can still get the unique bobbins.

I have one too and they are soooo nice!!! Yours has a few more attachments than mine.
