You and Heather... sheesh. She said that I "could" pick it up and do a "rescue" mission... No thank you...

Yes Steve we have seen worse. I had the privledge Of stripping one for a customer several years ago and what a chore to remove that old latex paint then you have to scrub it out of the oak grain. It can be done but I recomend you listen to your gut and run far way from this one:thumbdown:

While I prefer the wood tones, I could live with the paint job if it wasn't such a garish color. It hurts the eyes looking at it. Bet it glows in the dark!

It all sounds so inviting, doesn't it? ... I like the bit where you're not allowed to call except to consummate the sale.... OR for information.... but absolutely NO other reason......

Now singers in my opinion are the best made, but then there are the Pfaffs and Berninas. Don't own one but would like to just to compare. I have a Juki and a few other odd ones.

No she did not apologize, but somehow she was still able to make me feel like it was my fault.
BTW, That blue cabinet is a screaming nightmare!

LOL, Oh yeah! I have 3 old cabinets (Howe, W&W8, and Singer 12) that are far more deserving of the rare time I have to spend in that direction...

Hey, maybe that is an option, I could trade some of my cooler 1900+ machines for cabinet refinishing...hehe
