I'd definitely go with sewing notions!! That just sounds to kewl to me!!! While I love natural and stained solid wood, I despise pressed wood for furniture. I'd do everything possible to hide it!! LOL! JMHO! This club member votes you stay in good standing!! LOL!

128 sewing machine case top

You may remember I got a 128 with a case that was antiqued with red paint several months ago. I showed you before and after pics of my refinish job. I was going to stencil the singer logo back on but never got around to it. But thanks to the Quiltdoctor aka Tx Jan she made me a wonderful decal for it. I have no idea how she made this water decal but I want to show you her wonderful work.

Yes, I saw it out on the Vintage_TreadleSewingMachine site yesterday, too. It has everything I need to know. Yea!!! My W&W 9 can now come into the sewing room and be used.

So all seemed to work well after the ice cream, but this morning I was having problems again.
My husband came over to take a look and thinks it is the walking foot. Machines stitches very nicely without the walking foot and intermittent with it.

The last time I used the walking foot on the 201, I had some problems too. At that time, I thought it was the machine.

Been quilting with the Davis NVF and having no problems. Thank God for having the Davis since I want this quilt done today.

Monica,
When I use the walking foot on my 201 & 15-90, I need to remove the thread cutter as it gets in the way. Also it helps to take the dremel tool and carve out a bit of the little fork that goes over the needle clamp.
