Right click on the picture and click "Set as desktop Background" you can do this with any picture on the web!! :) You can also do this with any pics in a folder too.

Remember that the cornerstones will be smaller than what you see right now, so there will be less of an impact.I still like either one, but I think the red ones cause the red fabrics to stand out more. JMHO

Patti, how big will your cornerstones be finished? they look about an inch at the moment so 1/2" finished?

It is personal preference isn't it. I prefer it without cornerstones so that the focus is drawn straight to the blocks. ozecb

Yes, the cornerstones witll be only 1/2" x 1/2" finished. DH says either beige or none...in real life the beige seems to give it a little more life and makes the blocks pop out more than the red does. I wouldn't have thought that, but it does...I like the red too...it seems to function more as a "breaking up" the long brown runs of sashing. I'm still thinking....

Patti - whose quilt is it anyway? It's your quilt and you are making it. You can do whatever you want with it.

Well, of course..I can, but I like to listen to other people's (who I trust) opinions, then I make my decision. Of course, what DH thinks is important to me...he has a really good eye and great taste...(he chose me didn't he??)
