Well I had to take another picture because I couldn't resize the first picture but I could this one. Yeah!!!!
It's a great block, you should be very proud.! I'm working on mine today... couldn't make up my mind on fabric and I had a lot of Batiks from a couple of swaps last year so will try to make them work for this BOM!

Here's mine and before you look I will explain - January here can be around century heat, it's BBQ's, bugs and sometimes bushfires - so there will be NO snow related stuff in my block.

This quilt will be for my new GD so the fabrics I have chosen are to suit a baby girl. I also reduced the block to 6" finished size.

Default My First Ever Paper Pieced Block!

Here is my block! Had some trouble matching a couple of seams, but that will just remind me that it was the first time I ever paper pieced! The light blue has white sparkly snowflakes and tiny red dots that didn't show up in the picture. Can't wait for the Feb. block - do we get any hints as to what it might be?

    Deecee,
How Cute is that? I love your idea, it will make a wonderful quilt for your little GD. How lucky for her. I think your blue background looks like snow to me!! Those little bugs are just precious. I am so glad that you have joined us again this year & shared this darling little block too. Nice Job. Can't wait to see more.
