Dotty: Truly an amazing wall hanging. It does such a great job of capturing so many aspects of this time of year.

SunlitenSmiles, though you turn your power strip off its still plugged into the wall socket so a electrical surge can go thru it and get to the machines..............or at least that's what I've been heard.

Depends on the power strip that you buy. I have them on several items in my house, TV, computers, long arm quilting machines, and sewing machine that I use daily. If I have an electrical surge and it ruins my equipment, that equipment is covered for the replacement of it. They aren't cheap but well worth the price. 2 years ago they replaced a big screen TV. Radio Shack is just one place that carries them.

Not yet. I still have to bake Irish soda bread for St. Patrick's Day. I always take some to work with me. Oh, I will leave some loaves in the club car, too. Don't worry ... I haven't forgotten anybody!
