Congraulations on another beautiful block. I talked to Lisa at Wandering Stitches last week and she said that you had been in the shop planning on how to quilt your AOTH. Keep us informed with the rest of your quilt

Oh yes I have. I need some practice stopping and starting again doing more custom work than the all over that I have mostly done on the long arm. Have you been going there? Don't you just love it?

Candi, Thanks to your info I have gone to Wandering Stitches several times. I did my DGD's wedding quilt on the long arm. That was my first quilt. It didn't turn out as nice as I wanted but it was not as awful as I thought it would be. I also did a baby quilt for my DGGD and I tried to outline some of the applique figures. Not an easy thing to do on a longarm. I thought it would move more smoothly but it feels like I am driving a truck at times. I don't think I will try to do my AOTH on the long arm. I have actually been thinking about quilting by hand but I don't know if my hands would hold up long enough for me to finish. I actually worked on block 31 today and it felt so good to be working on my quilt again.
