Candace I missed your photographs of your shopping trip. I love the colour of the background fabric beautiful, not only that the black and whites are going to make a really different and beautiful look to your AOTH, really looking forward to your first block

Thanks so much for the link to Patti's trapunto. I just viewed it. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It was really great. Thanks again.

Candace, you're going to love working with those larger blocks. I did a couple 12" blocks of AOTH designs for a row robin I'm in and loved working with that size. How big a quilt are you going to make?

Wow, everyone has been posting such absolutely beautiful blocks. I look forward every day to seeing what new colour combinations have been posted.

I can't wait to finish up some stuff so I can get in on the fun.

I have finished enough blocks for the center of my quilt and hopefully can post a picture tomorrow. I am attaching a picture of what I am considering for the small borders of my quilt (which I think will be 2-1/4 in wide, but am not sure yet for sure). What do you guys think of this for small borders with my blue mirage?
