I think it will look pretty all together...hard to tell from the few blocks I've don already. The real question, before I get much further...do you think the background is good? I'd love to hear some opinions..I've been going back and forth!
I think you background is great!

Trying to post again...I finally got TR5 done. I tried paper piecing for the first time for completing it. That was tricky!!!

Looking good Red Robin? Is your triangle 5" x 8"? It might be the angle of the pic.

She is doing the 6 inch blocks. I will talk her into the smaller ones soon enough. She is sorta new at the piecing thing but is doing fabulous. We were at an all weekend quilt retreat and we both got a lot of work done.

Thanks all! I have been considering in switching to the smaller blocks....that would really be a challenge for me. What I might do is make my favorite blocks using red and white in the size Jane chose many years ago making it into a throw or wall hanging.....who knows....this project is going to take me awhile. Maybe in 100 or so years it will be hanging in a museum....ok I'm getting carried away!!!!!

Well I say, "Who knows?"" It might end up in a museum, do ya' really think Jane thought hers would?

And I think you are doing a fabulous job..and you haven't been piecing long? You are blowing me away girl!
