Oh shoot! I didn't see this until now. Sometimes I get notifications and sometimes not. Yes, the pattern is online. Let me find it and I'll be back to edit with a link. The pattern is for newborn up to adult size.
Edit: Yay! Sewbizgirl found it! That's the pattern I used. Here's notes from my Ravelry page about the pattern: I think the designer crochets a little tighter than I do, so the eyes were too big. Hdc instead of dc on eyes. Also the nose ch 5 and leave off last dc. Buttons could probably be a bit bigger, although it’s pretty cute this way. LOVE THIS PATTERN! Simple, easy to make, and so cute!
