GrannyQ love your blocks!! thought I had to tell you one of the bottom blocks in 51 is turned the wrong way. don't know if you noticed after posting the picture, but wanted to alert you before you started putting them together. I have done this and didn't find it until I was ready to quilt it. I had lots of unsewing to do.

Late again, something about the time zones gets me every week. You post on Wednesday, which is Thursday here and I am never home on Thursday so it is now Thursday in the US and Friday here in Oz. I am now totally confused he he he but here are my blocks for this week..
Love seeing everyones blocks each week and yes I too am pleased that we are still forging ahead with this project. We are nearly at the halfway mark and as they say its all downhill from here on.

I hope you don't mind & become upset but I thought I would let you know before you go on any further that the Hovering Birds block doesn't look right in the bottom row. The lighter triangle seems to be in the wrong position.

Thanks everyone, we are on official cyclone watch here in Far North Queensland. We have cyclone Anthony sitting off the coast and expected to turn and head towards land sometime between now and Monday. It is 2pm Saturday afternoon here. I went grocery shopping this morning to stock up and when DH was home last week he tidied up the yard and did a lot of trimming.
Will be hiding out in my sewing room and hopefully things won't get too bad here. Queensland has had enough bad weather to last us for a while.
