Just the Template A didn't print the 1" correctly. I just reprinted changing paper to Landscape. Worked. Now to start!

I got the e-mail that there were more replys on the new block. sure glad that they talked aboout the test square. I am so new that I didnot know enough to look at it. i had two good templatees and one no good. Put the block on lanscape and then 199% and got it right. thanks for the help. francesrose

ETA: I was able to print it off and get the 1" test square to be 1" using Internet Explorer.

If there is a better way, I don't know it. I have to copy/paste into Word (word processing) and resize the pics to "100%". If there is an easier way to print from Firefox, please let me know. TIA!

Oh, and doing the test piece really helped give me a good idea and to make sure to have enough overlap for seam allowances.

I wish I knew of an easier way. I use Firefox too, and many PP templates seem to get off somehow. I just go to Print Preview, and print setup and keep adjusting the scale until the test square measures 1''. My laptop doesn't like IE one bit, and the other computer is a MAC, requiring even more fiddling, LOL.

Help anyone???? Thanks so much

Geowyn, in Word rt. mouse click on the jpg,
then select "Format Picture",
select the "Size" tab at top,
under "Scale" change height and width to 100%,
press "Ok".

That should do it! If you need more specifics, let me know! :-D

I am having that problem with the sizing on the first page and I have no idea how to fix it. I guess I will fool around with it and try to get it to fit.

This may be the "easier" way I was hoping for! Thanks, I'll try this next time...less steps involved.

Thanks Pokerdiva, now the test sq is 1 in. I am not very apt with my printer and computer, still have a lot to learn and try to "remember"

I found that I needed to print one of them in the landscape mode to get the size correct

Try changing your paper layout to landscape instead of portrait...
