Mona when you follow the link to the quiltersclache a picture of the block comes up. On the right side of the picture it says click here for template A-click on it and the pattern opens-make sure it is set on 100% and print it. Go back to the picture and there is another line that says click here for template B repeat the above. Under the picture of the block it says the first thing I would recommend to you is go the the Practice Paper Piecing Page click on that.
Good luck.

All of the blocks are really great. Just started mine today. Had to put my "thinking cap" on as I haven't done PPing for a few months.

So this is paper piecing, eh? For a first endeavor, I am pleased with how my block turned out. This is my second one. The first one was blue and it was OK, but I wasn't totally happy with it. For one thing it didn't look very January-ish. This was a real learning experience. I wrote about it in my blog at http://rural01.blogspot.com Notice I made my favorite tool pose in the picture.

Carol,
I love how your Snow Blossom block turned out. Your color combination is very stirking & I really like it. It looks like you are doing a great job with your paper piecing. I found that the more I did it, the quicker & easier it gets. Thank you for sharing your January block with us & your blog too. Oh yes, show casing your favorite tool with your picture is priceless!! I am sure that most of us have a tool just like yours & use it too.
:D :D :D :D

Thanks SulaBug for the nice comments. Even though all you experts said this was an easy block, I found it challenging on many levels. I guess we're not in nine-patch anymore. :)

so true! I had trouble as well, had to take out several seams, and had to recut my pieces several times as they worked when I cut them out, but not when I sewed them on...lol wonderful learning experience!
