The foundations were easy. The trickiest part was putting the foundations together to match the seams up. I basted before sewing to align the best I could. |

that is beautiful !! in a novel, I read where one of these was used for the direction of travel ( underground railroad)

These quilts blocks are absolutly beautiful. If only I was so talented. Someday I am going to do one with paper piecing. Just haven't decided the colors to you . I love both of these.
