Isn't it amazing how we all get it to fit together whether it's fabric or time?
TY everyone, it was fun to do. You're so welcome Carrie. It didn't take me much time to play and was a pleasant diversion. The settings will give you an idea of what it could look like and if you don't want it, at least you know why before actually putting the quilt together.
RE: EQ program. I feel it was an easy program to start with. I have a limited desktop publishing experience and that helped me. The program comes with a book with Lessons. I went through the first 4 and haven't completed anymore since. I should go and finish all the Lessons, because this program can do so much. FYI Rhonda on the board has been giving EQ "lessons" here as well. Here's a link to all of them.

Re: EQ program...thank you for all the info and the link to classes. When we do our "deep house cleaning" in a couple weeks I will have some homeschool books to sell, so....I am planning to use that money and buy this. :) It will give me good motivation to get rid of those books we really aren't going to use that I keep hanging onto "just in case"...how many "how to read" type books does one need when all three of her children can read?? LOL Oh, and someone said my kids would want to do school instead of clean, but the 2 that will be helping actually enjoy getting things organized again too, so they are the best ones to help. Now the oldest is a different story!!

Hope all have a great day! No sewing today, but I get to touch fabric all day so that will have to do. :) (I work in a quilt shop one day a week...and this is that day.)

Oksewglad, Thank you for all the patterns for the quilt. They give so many good choices. I just might have to put the first ten blocks like your first layout. Very good idea. Will try to do that in EQ6, but not quite sure I can.

Here are some more that I have finished. I am in love with the 30's fabric. 'Alabama' is my pride and joy as I actually had it signed by Laurie when I met her in March! I plan to handstitch her signature on so I will always have it.
Hope you enjoy these!

Crystal you are the envy of the PC riders with that signature. Great blocks, too.
