QB Block-of-the-Month PICTURES, JUNE 2013 - Dresdan Plate 12"

Maybe you need to down size the picture again.. Only reason I can think of for it not to upload to the site is the file being too large or the way the file is being saved is not compatible with the QB sites format.. Hmmm a real puzzle.

Hi all, just returned from our trip to Alaska on Thursday and was anxious to catch up, I was sorry to hear of the hurdles with this block. So I went to JoAnns and purchased the Omnigrid Easy Pointed Dresden Templates...half price sale on quilting notions. Block came out correct side and fit together nicely...16 blades. Just finished up this morning, here is my pic

Mirror Image... Is that the name of the technique... Haha.. Now I know what to call what I have been doing. I just love all the different DP's one can achieve using this method.

All are beautiful. I am not in this but, since I am making a DP quilt. I thought I would take a look. I too made large block trying to figure out what size to make. I used a fan ruler and no instructions for DP. I may make another quilt with big ones or put it on the back. I will decide later.
