Shoot, I'm already at work with no way to record the show. Guess I'll have to check it out on his website and wait for everyone to talk about it here.

I seen it on both Dr. Phil and on the Drs. I just ordered it a couple days ago. Not getting the meal plan though can't afford it. I should be here some time next week. Hubby and I are going to try it.

I watched the Doctors show when they talked about the 17 day diet. A lot of it was choosing better fruit/veg/food options instead of bread/sugar items. Sounded great and like a lot of common sense.

I sure hope you will let us know more about it once you get the book. My understanding is that the diet changes after so many days which is suppose to fool our metabolism and makes for weight lose. Wish the book could be bought at book stores so we could kind of tell if it is something we think would work for us.

I've never heard of it. Maybe you could see if the library has the book so you can check it out before investing in it? I do that quite a bit with books.

Wish the library had it. It is fairly new and can only be bought through a certain site. Did hear that it could be bought through Dr. Phil's site also.

Sounded interesting - change eating plans every 17 days. For now you can not buy the book locally - what a bummer.
