We got just the book and cd. Starting the diet tomorrow can't wait to get started. I know it is going to probably be tough for the first week or so not eating what we want or when we think we are hungry. But learning what is good for us and what is not makes me all the more excieted to start and get going. By the why my dh and I are both going to do this. Of course he has a little more weight to loose than I do but we are doing this together and be each others supporter. I will keep you informed of how things are going with this diet.

WW is the only way to go.... My new d-i-l has lost over 40 lb. Several years ago I lost 17--back to my wedding weight (almost). I just pay attention to points whenever I need to drop a few... not a problem. Their new Points Plus program is even better than before. I get 29 points a day and all fruit and nearly all veggies are 0 points. It's a life long change. You just can't go wrong...
