It was our 13th Anniversary on the 21st December. We have both been married before and collectively have 5 sons. The eldest is 33 and the youngest 17. We are very close and are still as crazy about each other as when we first got together. I could not imagine my life without him.

We've been married for 11 years, but lived together for 3, and have known each other for 30 years (roughly). How's that for longevity. Still raising kids, we fight and get totally sick of each other...I'm sure "this too will pass" and we'll be like you and your DH Karla. At least I hope. Some days it feels so right, and there are others....grrrrr. Today has mostly been a grrrrr day, which is why I'm being such a grumpy writer!

Our 44th anniversary was the 17th (Dec).... I'm not finished with him yet!
I was 18 - he was 21 when we got married - and he had already been to Viet Nam - we met the month he got back - and we were engaged for a year before we got married...
I asked him once if we were still together because he loves me or because it's too much trouble to find someone else - he said, "Yes" - what a brat! LOL
We have 3 'kids' (oldest is 43 - youngest is 38), 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and two more greats due next year..
