I was just looking at pictures my dad emailed of his Texas acreage. Winds and storm came through night before last and the damage in the pictures looks exactly like what you're describing. Trees down, patio furniture out in the pasture, neighbor's trailer is now an empty chassis. Dad hasn't located his porch light yet. It was ripped right off the front of the house. Wow, that must have been pretty frightening! Glad everyone is okay. As some on the board have been saying, we need to feed Mother Nature some chocolate!

Thank you all for your caring post. I just love you ladies.
I was suppose to start night shift tonight ,but decided I better take off and help with the clean-up.
there is nothing we can do about the roof until the insurance gets here.
