My son noticed in the movie "Cherokee Kid" when the stage coach is coming out of the cave that in the reflection of the glass window of the coach you could see a white Ford pick-up pulling a horse trailer.LOL

Oh ya a lot. We used to get to see directors cut films when in Germany with the military. You would be surpised at the mistakes. 2 that I remeber in final form are Jack- a scene where a chair is broken then not and the movie Batovan where the woman tells a man t leash the dog and he reaches for it only it is her painted fingernails you see hook up the dog.

I love bloopers. Especially medical, military and historical. It does bug me when the male actor has pierced ears in an inappropriate era. Or, did bother me. I'm too blind for details now.
The film and TV people I've known do not care about these things. They have continuity people and the rest is que sera. I know of one producer who is actually a jerk about it but people do point out mistakes in his product often. Must be a drag.

I watch HGTV a lot and am amazed that nobody notices the things that are half finished on there, such as a newly painted mantle that nobody painted the side on. I also noticed a lady on there with 2 different colored shoes on. They're in a lot of the shows (the mistakes).
