I am 54 last Sept. We will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary tomarrow. My Mom will be 77 tomarrow. My kids are 34 33 and 31 until April then Glen will be 32 so for 6 mos they will be 34 33 and 32. I had my first child DD 8 mos after we got married!

I am what I am and I don't care who knows how old I am. I am what God made me.

My son married a girl 12 yrs older than him ( he was 19 and she was 32) and she was so worried at the time that we wouldn't approve. But age is not the important factor it is your values and view of life that matters. They did have some issues to work through as she had been a single mom for 5 yrs (with 3 kids) and he was 19 and had never been responsible for anything but doing what he wanted when he wanted. but they have now been married 12 yrs this May and are going great.

I am 66 , God willing 67 in April. I have to say this....when I was 39...I was dreading turning 40 (can u believe it?) lol...anyway, a month and a half before my bday, I had emergency surgery for cancer. The first oncologist said ...nothing we can do for you. The next one said with very aggressive chemo, 20% chance of survival....Well I am here, and NOW I am thrilled every year to make another one lol....SO it is all in your perspective. :)

May in Jersey, you are amazing!!!

And I agree with all who said that attitude is everything.

Some of us look at the glass as half full, and some look

at it as half empty. Half full RULES!!! according to DGS
