Oh in 2010 i had to pass a drug test for a job. Never had to do that before!!!

It's not difficult to get housing in my region, but it's absolutely a requirement that recipients be drug-free to qualify. THAT'S the main issue behind gaining employment. And that's a much bigger, very complicated issue that no one seems willing to tackle.

the food shelf where I volunteer is also a social service agency and serves as a mail drop for a lot of homeless people, who come in and pick up their mail from the front desk.
Around here if you can stand upright and breathe in and out, you can get hired. One local farm was offering $30 an hour for temporary, labor-intensive work. That's pretty good.
