I agree 100% with this. Reminded me of this song Toby Keith wrote for Clint Eastwood's newest movie after asking Clint what keeps him going. Clint's reply was "I don't let the old man in."

Welp, after being stuck for several incredibly frustrating weeks, I can finally, finally say it:

I've officially lost 100 pounds, as of today!

I just read this entire thread. You ladies should be so proud of yourselves. I have been trying to eat better (I won't say dieting) since February. I write down everything that I eat and try to stay around 1200 calories. And I walk on the eliptical at least 5 days a week. It's going pretty well.
But reading what others are doing is really inspiring. Keep up the good work!

I need to check this out- have done Atkins and lost weight I never thought I would lose but, I find it is a hard lifestyle to maintain. If you get invited for a dinner or party and even at some restaurants your food choices are so limited. I also heard a lot of “just this once can’t hurt”. I eventually gained 30 pounds back out of 70. I feel terrible to be shopping for a size 3X bigger than I was and I really want to get back down to a healthy weight again. Thanks for letting me vent and for sharing the info about WW. Sharron

Hey all. I haven't posted in ages. I went back to the Points Plus program and use the iTrackbites app. I was not steadily losing weight on Freestyle. I had very good success with the PP program in the past and have started to lose steady weight once again. Onward and downward!

    Thanks for listening.

    Anyone still doing Weight Watchers?

I'm six weeks postpartum today and signed up again for the digital program, to try to loose the pregnancy/baby weight. I'm exclusively nursing my baby, so I do get extra daily points. I know nursing is supposed to make the weight "melt off" but I've never been that blessed! I just need help keeping track of what I eat. Really hoping to get down to 145. I'm currently 175... I was 192 at full term pregnant, beginning my pregnancy at 156. Wish me luck!
