Enough already!
I saw an article about that on CNN.com. The authorities were cautioning people not to pick them up. They said a man driving a station wagon loaded up several of the dormant iguanas which awakened while he was driving, then crawled up onto his back, almost causing a wreck! Here's the link:

Get some toe socks (yes, they are back in style) or flip flop socks. Filp flop socks are like a mitten for your feet. They should sell them where ever Rainbows are sold. We have about 5 pair floating around our house for me and DD.

FL same here in CA.. I have a blanket on my legs. BRRR.. I know we are complaining when the rest of the states are truly hurting. I say everyone in the freezing areas.. come out and visit us on the edges! Its going to be mid 60's today. We can go sit out by the lake and feed the duckies! I haven't turned on our heater once this year. I think 40 is still warm enough to put socks on, a throw on your lap and a warm coffee in my hands. Gets down to 30's (rarely) then that puppy goes on with no guilt at all.

It's colder inside the office then it is outside. There's no heaters in the Florida Keys. IT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THIS COLD HERE. LOL :-) I feel sorry for all of the tourist that come here with visions of laying on the beach in their bikinis. This week I have seen a lot of brand new Key West sweatshirts on the tourist. :-) We had a record low last night. brrr....

Gotcha!! Freezin my booty off. I went for a visit to Ohio two yrs ago to visit my daughter and got the bright idea to leave my winter coat up there and ALL my sweaters!! What a goof I am! So here I am in Okeechobee freezin' ! Northerners have to understand we are not equipped for this cold a weather here! lol No furnace and thin blood. Maybe snow tomorrow night, so they say.

I can't WAIT until this cold front is gone! South Louisiana with possible wind chills in the teens? We aren't used to this.
And I worry about the stray cats I feed....
