I read a lot too. I never thought of that as a hobby but I guess it is.

I do beading, lace net darning, crochet. About the only thing that I haven't done well with is knitting. Just didn't enjoy it.

I like knitting dishrags.I did try my hand at knitting socks but the yarn is way to small.
I don't have the zest for life like i did so i'm lucky i do what i do.

I do counted cross-stitch and stamped, oil paint, read, embroidery, play on computer (spider solitaire, slingo), quilt (not lately but going to start) collect fabric, patterns and anything old to do with sewing, quilting, etc. Talk to my friends on the phone........

Quilting is my main hobby, then I knit, mostly socks and hats, also do some clothes sewing, usually gowns as a few family mambers are in Eastern Star and need white gowns. this year I made a few of my own Christmas cards by embroidery them on the machine.

I knit occasionally, quilt, scrapbook occasionally, read, computer Scrabble and Solitaire. Trying to come up with a way to make my dgs a knitted neck warmer. He rides his quad to see us and needs something to wear under his helmet.
Wonder if Emptyshellamy could help me out with this. Last year I knitted him one but this year it doesn't fit hover his head.

I love to knit, Last year I made 18 pairs for mentally retarded men, 3 afghans and lots of sweaters,hats for my new grandson. I also crochet,cross-stitch,em broider and enjoy English crosswords with my dictionary. I used to weave , I also do a lot of research on the computer.and watch sports on TV, all of them but wrestlingand golf .
