    I know the company you're talking about on this. The same thing happened to me. I complained to their toll free number and they gave me a partial refund on the product. The next month, I had a letter come from a collection company saying I still owed money. Since I could see this going on for months and have a business reputation to protect, I gave all the paperwork to my lawyer and he took care of it. It taught me that the "ads" for such "wonderful products are scams to get your credit card number. Yes, you get a product, but for $90 a month? The product smelled like the old Pond's face cream.

    Thanks Jan - I had considered a prepaid Visa Card for the same reason but I like your idea better. By the way - the ad for this company was on Facebook!
