Black Friday Ads 2009

Goodness Gracious, WE ARE IN THE MAJORITY. I thought I was in the minority when it comes to Black Friday shopping. It's definitely not my thing for the exact same reasons others have stated!!!
Enjoy it if you do it and be SMART/ be safe.

Don't do BF. Too crazy and we don't really exchange gifts other than what we really need ie; clothes, boots, gloves, thermals, coats. We just don't have money for extras or 'toys' we don't need or want.

No way, Hosea!! I'll be snug in my bed, not standing in a long cold, and maybe wet line!!! :D :D And I know that some of those electronics are not all people expect them to be, but are often a stripped down model that may not be apparent in the frenzy!! Some people enjoy it, so I'm wishing them lots of luck in finding real bargains.

Never have done Black Friday here either. Even when kids were little I did not go out on BF. Nothing out there that great a deal to face the crazy crowds and people. Some years I was able to do all my shopping for them on line as they got older. Sure beats getting out in the crowds. Most on line stores even run free shipping during holiday season so even a better deal for me.
