Dr. Oz says not to eat the Chia greens and I found these Chia seeds at Fred Meyer in the Health Food Section.

Thank you! Had to laugh gently because I believe the Inca, Mayans and Aztec cultures did not flourish!! But I understand that was due more to some of the other human beings inhabiting the planet! I will try these!

I just bought some - I am going to add them to my oatmeal, and I will try them on my salad as well!

I found them on Amazon and saved them to my wishlist so I can add to my next Amazon order.

I buy and grind flax seeds- the powder is wonderful in so many things- cereal, oatmeal, meatloaf. fruit smoothies. I find that they are good for digestion and they make my skin soft.

Sure, why not? It'll even be loaded with far more food value due to the magical sprouting activity. I used to cut apple slices and roll them in Chia seeds for when my kids came home from school, hungry and cranky. I'd give that to them with a cheese slice and they would be good till dinner time with no fighting..or not much!
