From Ontario Canada and no there is no snow all year round when you hit the border. I live further south than some american states and they probably get more snow. Yes we are metric.

I guess I will have to represent rural central PA. Contrary to popular beleif the "tooth brush" was not invented here. The saying goes it must have been invented here cause if it were invented anywhere else it would have been called a "teeth brush".

Some of us have more then one.

West Virginia is one of the 50 states. It is not a western area of Virginia. Just like North Carolina and South Carolina there is a West Virginia and Virginia.

Last night was 86 at 9pm... but we are normally around the high 80s - 100's for the summer. The best laugh i have ever had is watching the cars drive over with skis on the roof thinking that we have snow all year round. Some one once asked if we have washrooms or outhouses? Really it's Canada it's not like we live in a time warp. Silly silly things really.

At a stop light eveyone jumps out of the car, runs around it and gets back in before the light changes to green. We have them in Illinois too. Just a silly thing that kids and young adults (or older ones that are still young at heart) do. Why is it called a Chinese fire drill? I haven't a clue.
We did these as kids in California too!!!
