Gorgeous cupcakes! Looks yummy!!My cousin does this and puts a thin slab of Styrofoam on the bottom then sticks a skewer through the cupcake down through the Styrofoam to help stabilize and keep anything off the tops as well. When they arrive they just pull the skewer out do a touch up and celebrate the goodies.

Well - for Easter i went out on a THIN limb and made the flower cupcakes and mailed them to Pittsburgh. I packaged very carefully -- but thought i might have an epic FAIL on my hands when they got there. NOT SO !!!
