Ok, I'm in this month too. I've been hemming & hawing about whether I should participate or not because I know this month will be hard. Maybe this will help me be more accountable. I've participated in the past a few different times & I always read this thread to see what's going on & get some motivation from all of you. I hope I got in before the deadline!

I'm so sorry, Gayle. It was good for her that she was home. Miss Nali left paw prints on your heart. RIP, sweet Nali.

So sorry, Gayle. They really do become part of the family, I know this is a very sad day for you. We mourned our last pooch for two years and then got 2 dogs! Multiple dogs for us, a first. Does anyone here get the pet insurance? The vet visits are so expensive.

I had so much work yesterday that I had to stay late and missed my yoga class. I'm upset over that! It's the second week I've had to miss - unavoidable. I'm going to sign up at the local rec center for next semester because it's closer to home. I'm hoping I won't have to miss if I don't have to drive so far. I just hope the class helps my back as much as the one I've been taking. But today my back is not in good shape! I'm going to stretch before work and try to be easy on it today.

Stress eating the last two days - and I had been doing so well. Dealing with student with severe behaviors and too much paperwork to get done! I'm going to take a deep breath and remain calm today.

So sorry about your precious dog Gayle. They are such a part of our family & it is so hard to say goodbye. I've been through this myself very recently, along with some other big life changes, and I truly understand your pain. I know we all know she is not in pain anymore but it is still just so sad.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. It will be hard. We have had dogs for over 25 years and now will be without one.
Gayle,
Many prayers for you and your family. Sorry for the loss of Nali.

Good morning ladies. I have some exciting news. Last night was my companies Christmas party, every year they give away raffle prizes, from gift certificates to resturants to a 7 day cruise. I won the grand prize of the 7 day Royal Caribbean Cruise with a paid week off work. YEAH!!!! Now I a bigger incentive to lose this weight.

That is exciting! But I don't know if it's more exciting that winning FABRIC! (Just kidding!) That is a GREAT incentive. Congratulations!

Gayle, so sorry for your loss of Nali. I know losing a pet is a hard thing.
Cindy, congratulations on your win. The cruise is a major win but a week of vacation to go with it is awesome!
I dreamed I was down 5 lbs. It turned out to be 1.5. I'll take it.
