I actually like the movie now more than when I watched it - if that makes any sense. I think I was just surprised at how serious it was, I wasn't expecting that. I do think George Clooney did a great job and I liked this different role for him. However, I was a little disturbed with the relationship between father and oldest child (together they're trying to find 'the other man'.) I just found that inappropriate for a father-teenage daughter relationship.

I read the book, went and saw the movie in the theater, and then bought the DVD. I really like the story line and all the actors in it. The scenery was beautiful also. I'm not a big fan of George but I really liked his portrayal of this character and like others have said, he was more a "real person" in this film.

My husband (who is a huge Clooney fan) really liked this but it just didn't do much for me. I preferred "Up In The Air". Just me...

I was disappointed. I guess I expected much more from George Clooney.
