I have three tabby cats that my hubby found abandoned when they were tiny kittens. They usually stay in the sunroom, but they love to "help" me quilt. I also have two dogs, one of which sits at my feet when I sew!

I love your cat. I don't have cats only a small poodle/bichon weighs 20 lbs. Would love a cat but hubby says "no way". I get to enjoy my two daughters cats when I go over there. Carole Walsh

Everyone in my house is allergic to cats. I have two grand-cats, Emma and Bella that live with my son and his family. Your cat is charming.

Yup. Cat lover here! I have 3 cats. Grey Kitty, Orangey Kitty and Sophie kitty. They all love to help with quilting. The only time I don't let them help is if I'm making a baby quilt. Then I have to put them outside if I want to get anything done.

I also have a chocolate lab and 3 horses. They would probably help if I let them. I took my hand sewing outside once to sew in the sun and the horses were just walking around and Guin kept trying to take it out of my hand. Pretty annoying. She also kept trying to eat my ponytail and lick my ear. Couldn't get anything done. Crazy animals.

I have a three legged cat, too. Bailey is missing a front leg. His other front leg is declawed. He is allowed in the back yard when I'm home. He never leaves- just watches the world through the slats in the fence. He has even learned to climb trees in the back yard. He has no idea he is physically challanged! I also have three other cats and three yorkies.

I, too, am very allergic to cats. I have a dog. She is a large Black Lab. When we lay anything out on the floor, she just knows we have done it to make her a bed. She will immediately go lay on it. So we have to remember to lock her in my bedroom first if we don't want her on it
