i've had hot flashes for well over 10 yrs, maybe 15. i try not to think about it!

I have officially made it though......LOL (fully clothed, I don't need to be arrested for blinding the entire neighborhood).

I had it easy, one hot flash in 10 years. And that was after surgery.

Aunt Flo hasn't shown up on my doorstep in 13 months. No HRT at all, and just a few major mood swings that made the cat blush.

You'd beg me to go put everything back on! LOL After I stood in an unairconditioned engine factory on the production line -- across from a man -- I turned all different shades of red while I had the hot flash! Sweat was rolling off me, and I couldn't get a relief to go cool off. I was soooo embarrassed, but all he said was "My wife's going thru that too!" Oh, boy! That was 6 yrs. ago, but I don't miss the flashes at all!
