Yup - my husband and I can't sleep without the humming of a fan. We even take one with us when we travel.

Anybody else do this or am I the only crazy one??
Yes, we run an oscillating fan in the bedroom year round. Can't sleep otherwise! :D

I have a fan behind my comp table that I use when I get hot(hot flashes too) and one on the floor by my work table if I need it. I have a box fan on a chair at the end of our bed and a small fan exactly like Marsye's picture on my night stand. I put it there just before we put the window ac back in for the season and liked the air on my face so it stays.

I have shortness of breath some times and a fan will make it easier to breathe at these times as well as cooling.
