I have trouble with you tube videos sometimes. They start playing and then quit and the screen goes black and says an error occurred. What works for me is to open a new window and copy the link into the new window and it plays.

I'd like to download them because sometimes they are removed after a while. It would be good know that I always had them when I need them. Like the video on how to join binding. I watch it over every time I do a binding

Thanks. I tried another browser and it was fine. Strange that when I called the store, they seemed to have trouble with it too.

I don't know why I thought it was prohibited. Could it be music downloads are?

I use a free program I downloaded online called WinX Youtube Downloader. Used to use another one and I loved it as it was so easy but it went from free to paid so searched for another program as I don't download very often.

It depends on who you ask. YouTube and the video creators want multiple views and clicks for ad revenue, but it is considered by many to fall in the same category as VCRs and DVRs. I think it is illegal to establish a library of videos for long term purposes. A year may be the limit, but impossible to enforce. I took classes in copyright, but my knowledge may be out of date.
