I'm an evening bird. Between 8 pm and midnight seems to be my best time. Recently I had to reel it in because getting up is a challenge and I have to go to work.

I usually am in bed by 10:30 or so and up any where from 5 to 7. It doesn't seem to matter what time I go to bed I'm still awake by 7am.

Midlife I changed midstream from a Night Owl to an Early Bird. Used to bother me, now I just go with the flow.

Definately a night owl! I am so much more productive after 10pm! I usually go off to bed around 2 and usually watch tv for an hour or so before falling asleep.

I've been a night owl my whole life. I mostly worked night shift for 30 years as a nurse. I have only been able to start keeping a "normal" schedule with the help of Ambien.

I think I am a neither. On a normal normal day I'm usually up by 6am and don't go to bed until around 1am. However, I take a nap around 2 or 3pm to recharge. LOL

I have always been a night owl. My mother said from the day I was born, I had my days and nights mixed up. I rarely get to post on anything that doesn't have many, many pages of replies. And I miss out on most of the items for sale.
