Early Bird or Night Owl?
#35
Suffered for years with insomnia. When I was working I was early to bed early to rise. The last couples of years it's been up early for the gym and some days a "nanny nap" after lunch. Due to a couple of falls and being knocked down by a car no gym for some time.
Now unless I have an appointment or need to be somewhere I get up anywhere from 8.30 - 10.30 AM. For the first time in my life I'm getting enough sleep. It's wonderful.

I worked for years and had to go to bed early (around 9) and now that I'm retired I stay up too late. I don't sleep well under any circumstances but I usually sleep until 8 or 9 to try to get enough sleep. I do take a sleep aid and sometimes it works and sometimes not.

Night owl here. I work 3-11p. Works great because I hate to get up in the mornings. DH is an early bird. The girls are on my schedule. Good thing we homeschool. They'd never make the bus.
