That DOES sound wonderful! And why not have it whenever you want to? Thanksgiving isn't bound to a holy event. It's basically a harvest festival and a time to be thankful and to give thanks.

A turkey dinner with all the trimmings sounds so good right now...

Gotta do what ya gotta do. Now you're done with Thanksgiving and can start getting ready early for Christmas.

You should always celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving as it is always better weather and your Thanksgiving is much too close to Christmas.

Thanks for all the great comments. I think that we will be celebrating holidays at different times of the year from now on. It is much easier to get everyone together.

As a fellow western NY'er, you had the perfect weekend! What great weather. Now the weekend before was another story......we were camping in North Java.
