    What a great idea and I just happen to have those O rings and was trying to think of how to organize my embroidery floss that I already have in the zip lock bags. Thank you!!!

    A great idea to add the color number for your smaller project one. You could get those stickers for pricing at yard sales and stick them on each bag. Then for the next project, if the numbers change, just add a new sticker over the old one.
    Taping the bottom of the bag is a great idea also. We talked about using those rings for notebook pages and decided it was easier to add a new baggie if one got torn. LOL

    Thanks for the great idea!

    You could also protect the holes you punch in the bags with those self-stick reinforcements you use on binder paper.
